Important Infomation
A: Yes we offer over night or multiple day hires, this needs to be done well
in advance as most units get booked out quickly, although there are costs
involved please ask for details. A £150 cash holding deposit is required for
overnight hires.

A: Payments are made in cash on the day upon installation of your chosen
unit, or we accept payments by cheque 7 days prior to hire date to allow time to
clear. Some jobs will require a deposit.
A: Each unit is different, dimensions can be found under each inflatable on
the website.
A: We can deliver anywhere. We offer a free 10 mile radius. Beyond 10 miles
we charge per zone as detailed on our zone map and then £1.00 per mile thereafter. This may be
reduced if multiple units are hired.

A: Not very much, usually around £1.00 electric per day.
A: Yes. A generator or a petrol blower can be supplied at an extra cost. Price
will vary depending on length of hire.
A: Please ensure that the access is clear and the site is free from any sharp
objects and/or dog mess etc.
A: Normal delivery times are between approx (Depending on distance and amount
of bookings for that day) 8.30 am and 11.30 am and collection between
6.30 pm and 9.00 pm.
A: It will take approximately 15 minutes to set up depending on access. Larger
inflatable's may take a little longer.
A: We feel it is not safe to use the inflatables in the rain, snow or strong
winds as they can become slippery. The electricity supply must be switched off,
the electric blower and plug is covered by a protective canopy and staked to the
ground, this to stop them getting wet and to stop people unplugging the unit
whilst it is in use. If the wind blows stronger than 20mph for your safety we
require the unit to be switched off.
A: Please remove people from the unit immediately and telephone 07919 897306
and we will give you advice on what the problem could be, often this is because
the supervisor has allowed too many people on or incorrect size users and the
blower pipe has come off. Faults with the units themselves are highly unlikely
as we only supply top quality inflatables.
A: Firstly remove people from the unit until rain ceases, once stopped the
unit can be dried with a towel and play may commence. Bubbling will occur at the
seams this is normal and nothing to worry about, it just needs to be wiped with
the towel.
A: Unit must be inspected before we leave and any damage noted. If damage occurs
unit must be switched off and hirer will be liable for any repair costs. The
repairs must be done professionally to keep are Safety Certificates in order.
Hirer will also be liable for any theft and required to reimburse the value
thereof.
A: This covers injuries caused by malfunction of unit or improper
installation. It does not cover you for improper use or boisterous behaviour.
Adult supervision is required at all times. We will not be held personally
responsible for any injuries. A Correct Use of Equipment Form must be signed and returned prior to
hire. Additional personal liability cover can be arranged through your home
insurance, or we can arrange this at extra cost through our insurance company
A: We are open 7 days a week, not to include Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
